I was in the Real Estate Business for a long time in East Tennessee. When I first met Felicia, I was impressed by her knowledge of the area, the builders and the processes related to the transaction. She really listened to what we wanted, was patient with our indecision, directed us to the right financial institution, and helped us land the perfect home. We were referred to Felicia 4 years ago by a mutual family friend. She admitted to being new in real estate but not in sales. We really liked her honesty and integrity. Felicia is the best realtor in Tennessee! We have worked with other realtors in the past both buying and selling houses and Felicia is a rising star in the real estate business. Felicia had a contract written in 4 weeks from the date that our house was listed and closed in less than 2 weeks from the date of the contract (though she doesn't promise these results!!). She was like a ‘Pit Bull’, once she had the contract locked-in she worked very diligently ensuring that everything went accordingly for a timely closing.
